Sadhu Singh Lodhi is visiting Chhapra village in Madhopur panchayat in Lavkushnagar block of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh and is talking to villagers who tell him that their’s is an old village but it has no proper connecting road. In the time of rains people need to negotiate with feet’s deep mud to go anywhere.
