30% villagers don't use toilet for lack of water in my village, says Sarpanch...

Bhan Sahu travelling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Itpal village in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh where she meets woman Sarpanch of the village Dhaneshwari Wakde who tells her that the village has been announced a model village because everyone is literate in the village and they have achieved target of toilet building. But she admits that around 30% people do not use toilet for lack of water in summer which she is trying to improve on. Bhan@9406033089
