No hand pump for 200 in Dalit colony, get water from 2-3 kms away, Pls help...

Ashok Kori is visiting Harijan basti of Rauli village in Jawa block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where he meets Kishorilal Prajapati who tells him that around 200 dalits and adivasis live in ward number 5 there but there is no hand pump and they need to walk 2-3 kilometers to fetch water and there also hand pump is in bad shape.
