Beating public in Public hearing becoming common!

Subash Gayali is telling us that on 16th May Jharkhand Pollution control board organised a public hearing in Hazaribagh town hall for coal mines of a power plant. As per law the hearing should take place in open space near the affected villages. When people protested police beat them up. He says the same incident took place on 15th February earlier this year when police had beaten up people in the presence of SP and DC. It looks it is becoming a general practice to beat up protesting public in public hearing. For more Mr Gayali can be reached at 09931522750
