Prices of vegetable has gone up, but farmers do not get raise

A farmer is reacting to the news of highest rise in the cost of vegetables in the country in last few days. He says Govt says the price of vegetable has gone up many times but I grow vegetable and I do not get any raise. I have been selling my vegetable in Rs 5 per kg. The maximum I get is Rs 7. After selling I also need to pay Rs 15 to the broker whereas people are buying the same vegetable in Rs 30 and 40. Prices of everything has gone up but not for farmer. It is difficult to evven raise our expenses. For more the caller can be reached at 09981047076
