Panchayat secretary has not visited the village from 5 years!

According to villagers, in Gram Panchayat Mukram, block Konta, District Sukma , Panchyat Secretary has not visited the Panchayat for more than 5 years. With the result the work of the Panchayat is affected. The government has made grants under various schemes, the money has been drawn but not reached the villagers.
