Chhattisgarh Adivasi came to Andhra 12 years ago but yet to get ration card...

My name is Madkam Deva. I am calling from Krishnasagar village, Burgampad mandal, Khammam (District). I came to Andhra from Chhattisgarh 12 years ago but have no ration card. We have got NREGA card, Voter card and electricity but no ration card. I have been to officials many times. It is very difficult to buy rice in market after working as laborer. Pls help me.
