He says in the law forest department has no role but they are playing a very negative role. Chandra Pratap Singh from Navrachna Samaj Sevi sanstha in Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is visiting a school in Gaurela block in Saraipani village. He says it is 12 o’clock here but none of the 4 teachers are around and children are playing. He calls up the sweeper of the school who tells him that headmaster has gone to collect money for mid day meal and he has no idea about other 3 teachers. Bhan Sahu is talking to Agadha Thakur from Chhattisgarh Adivasi Vikas Parishad who tells her that in Gariaband district 40 kms from Dhurwagudi there is a village called Sagada where people from primitive Bhunjia Kamar tribe lives. Yadav caste dominated panchayat of that village has expelled 45 adivasis of 6 families from the village and they are forced to live on their farmland 5 kms from the village after digging a well and making temporary houses.
