Raja Madvi of Malkangiri in Orissa works as daily wager in Bhadrachalam in AP where he has migrated. He was appraoched by a Hyderabad agent Rajesh promising 5000 rupees per month for borewell digging. He took 3 tribals to work in Hyderabad with Sai Borewells owned by Rajendra Reddy. After 8 months Madvi got 3000 rupees and a promise for the rest after 15 days. When Madvi went back to Reddy, he was told that the money had been given to Rajesh, and beaten up when he demanded payment. Then he was taken by the owner to a police station where he was threatened.
