Majority of black listed people are dalits. He says administration is doing this to stop them for raising issues related to dalits which is a misuse of law and contempt of constitution. Mukka Madkami from Malkangiri in Odisha says in Gondi that many laboreres worked for 40 days in January 2011 in a road construction work under NREGA. After many requests Rs 70,000 was paid in the post office accounts of the laborers but still Rs 2,10,000 is due to workers from more than 6 months. Today in the hearing Chhattisgarh has said that she was not given any trouble in the custody. But Soni Sori was found saying in a CD produced in the court that she was threatened that if she dos not lie her brother will be arrested.
