At one side Govt is making special arrangements for tourists which create lots of problem for the wildlife but are evicting people living there for many years. Tapan Das is telling a story about a village called talsepani in Nuapada district of Odisha. The village is surrounded by hills from all sides and when administration put a handpump in the village in 1988 people got very happy. But slowly people started falling ill and much later they realized that it was due to excess fluoride in the handpump water. Khuturam Sunani is talking to a villager in Bolangir district of Odisha who says the school in his village was inaugurated by MLA in 2006 but because it is on forest land so the forest department is not allowing a school building to be built and children are forced to study under a tree.
