Kailash Sahu from Lanjigarh in Kalahandi district of Odisha says this is an adivasi block and officers are rarely found in the offices here. There is not much communication facility in the area. So Adivasis walk for 40-50 kms which takes them one or two days to reach the block headquarters but officers are rarely available. Officers say they do not have enough residential quarters.
