A tribal lady Maria Hansda was having difficulty during her delivery and was taken to the district hospital by her family where they were forced to buy medicine and pay for the services where she gave birth to a dead child. According to Forest Rights Act no action is allowed in forest land without permission from Central Ministry of forest.
