Dalit BPL card holder forced to pay fee in Govt hospital

KM bhai from Kanpur is reporting about a case from Kanpur where a Dalit BPL card holder was forced to pay fees in a Govt hospital in Kanpur. KM bhai tells that this dalit laborer was also not given any receipt for all the money he paid the doctors for his wife’s operation and medicines.
