Samud Potai from Gondwana Samaj in Narayanpur in Chhattisgarh requests all Gond tribals to be careful while giving information to census officers when they visit them this month. He says all the Gonds should get them listed as Gondi speaker, so that we could know the exact number of Gonds in the country after the census. He says Gonds should also tell their religion as Gond religion

Sanjay Sharma from Surguja district in Chhattisgarh is reporting about a landless laborer Panditram who died while working for NREGA more than 2 months ago but his family is yet to get his complete wages. 40 year old Panditaram was head of the family and has left wife and 5 children behind who are making rounds of government offices to get the wages for the work their husband/father did in NREGA. मेरा नाम सुखराम है में गुमियापाल गाँव से बोल रहा हूँ . मेरी छोटी बहन बाज़ार से लौट रही थी, उसे पुलिस पकड़ कर ले गयी है , वो मजदूरी और खेती करती थी . उसके साथ एक और लड़के को पकड़ कर ले गए और एक लड़के को गोली से उड़ा दिया.सरकार हमें बिलकुल नहीं चाहती, पुलिस गाँव में आती है और हमारे घरों में घुस कर लूट पाट करती है. अभी कुछ दिन पहले हम लोग अपनी परेशानियों के बारे में रैली करने वाले थे . लेकिन पुलिस ने गाँव में आकर गाँव वालों को बोला की जो भी रैली में जाएगा उसे गोली से उड़ा दिया जाएगा. आप लोग जो फोन सुन रहे हैं मेरी बहन को पुलिस से छुडा दो.

The teacher says the students want to shift to cities in want of tutions. There is no culture of private coaching in villages
