The public hearing was on for only half an hour when collector adjourned it after 3 spoke against the plant. Assembled people were against the plant. Vipin Mishra from Raigarh says last year Collector of the district inaugurated a park in forest land which had a budget of Rs 50 lakhs. 9 months after inauguration most of the trees in the park are in bad shape.
