Turram Lalamma from Chinturu village Khammam district, AP says they have received a loan of 50.000 rupees each under S.H.G to buy Buffaloes. Officials were suppose to help in buying at fair price and finding a better breed. But these officers made us buy buffaloes which doesn’t give milk. We are in debt and got cheated.
