Sushma Verma is talking from Mathurapura village in Babina block of Jhansi district in Uttar Pradesh. She says there was a meeting of Dalit and Adivasi women in the village today in leadership of NACDOR ( National Confederation of Dalit Orgs) when they have decided to demand and fight for separate development budget for Dalits and Adivasis at the village level.
