बयासी कालोनी, ब्लाक-धरम जयगढ़, जिला-रायगढ़ (छत्तीसगढ़) से सजल कुमार बता रहे हैं, 2011 – 12 में दैनिक भास्कर और वेदांता बालको की दो कम्पनी ओपन कोयला खदान प्रस्तावित हुई थी, जिसके खिलाफ उन्होंने समुदाय के साथ मिलकर आंदोलन किया था, दोनों कम्पनी के खिलाफ एन जी टी भोपाल और दिल्ली में मामला दर्ज कराया गया था, जिसके बाद सजल कुमार को कम्पनी द्वारा अपने पक्ष में लाने के लिये प्रयास किया गया, नहीं माने जाने पर कम्पनी के कर्मचारियों ने उन पर झूठा आरोप लगाया जिसके बाद पुलिस द्वारा सजल कुमार पर कारवाही हुई, जिस पर उनके पक्ष में न्यायालय का फैसला आया, हाल ही में 2 माह पहले उन्हें धरमजयगढ़ थाना प्रभारी अमित शुक्ला द्वारा थाने बुलाया गया और उन्हें निगरानी बदमास बोलते हुये गुण्डा लिस्ट में नाम होने की बात कही, NRC को लेकर भी उनसे पूछताछ की गयी, 23 फ़रवरी को उन्हें पुनः थाने बुलाया गया और 3 घंटे बैठाये रखने के बाद जानकारी दिया गया कि एस पी की उपस्थिति में दिन मंगलवार को 10 बजे चौपाल लगाया जा रहा है, जिसमे उपस्थित होने को उन्हें कहा गया, वे पुलिस के इस बर्ताव से बहुत परेशान हैं इसलिये वे निवेदन कर रहे हैं कि दिये नंबर पर बात कर ये जानकारी ले कि किस कारण से उन्हें परेशान किया जा रहा है मानसिक रूप से परेशान किया जा रहा है, समस्या का निराकरण कराने में मदद करें: जिला एस पी@9479193200. संपर्क नंबर@8964896483.
