राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग ने छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार से सलवा जुडूम की वजह से प्रदेशों में विस्थापि हुये, आदिवासियों की रिपोर्ट मांगी है| 4 जुलाई को आयोग के अध्यक्ष नंदकुमार साय की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में तीन महीने में विस्थापितों का सर्वे कर रिपोर्ट देने को गया है|
आयोग ने गृह मंत्रालय, जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, ओड़िसा, आंध्रप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार से विस्थापित आदिवासीयों की रिपोर्ट तलब की है| छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार विस्थापितों को मूलभूत सुविधाएं बिजली, पानी सड़क, और दावा करने पर वनाधिकार पत्रक देने को तैयार है| आयोग ने कहा है कि जो लोग वापस नही आना चाहते, उनके लिए उसी जगह पर वनाधिकार कानून के मुताबिक इन सिटू आधार पर भूमि का अधिकार दिया जाना चाहिये|
