Connecting road of 3 km to our village was in bad condition and villagers had to face difficulties but no one was listening says Indrajit from Alana village and panchayat, Baihar block, Balaghat district in Madhya Pradesh to Shatali. The radio program is downloaded in Gram Panchayat office by villagers on their mobile phone using bluetooth and then they share it amongst them using bluetooth for free.
