गाँव कोटवरपारा ग्राम पंचायत मुतेनपाल जिला बस्तर छत्तीसगढ़ से सायबो राम बता रहे है कि वह विकलांग है,उसका दायाँ पैर कमजोर है चल नही पाता है वह डॉक्टर के पास कई बार गये थे डॉक्टर उन्हें विकलांग पेंशन के लिए सर्टिफिकेट फॉर्म दिये, उसे फोटो कॉपी करके सरपंच और सचिव के पास जमा किये थे,परन्तु उनका कागजात सरकार के पास नहीं पहुँच पा रहा हैं|यहाँ तक कि जनपद पंचायत में भी जमा किये थे,इसका भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला|इस प्रकार उन्हें विकलांग पेंशन के लिए कोई मदद नहीं कर रहें हैं |उनके बच्चें भी हैं,उन्हें पढ़ाने में दिक्कत हो रहा हैं|कृप्या मदद की अपील|यहाँ के सचिव से संपर्क @9407993690. सी.ई.ओ.बास्तानार @9406016762.सरपंच मुतेनपाल@8815962152.
