My name is Santosh Kumar Kol. I am calling from Champagarh village in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. Around 400 dalits and adivasis live in our village. Our village is not connected to road so in emergency no ambulance can reach us. We have no electricity from March because electricity dept has sent us bills of 40,000 each for our single bulb connection.
