Ramkishor Adivasi is calling from Gadhera village of Jaba block, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says under Indira Awas Yojna he got Rs22,500 as first installment and built half of the house. Due to not getting second installment construction is left in the middle and no sign of having second installment too. Officers are making him round to get second installment.
