It will be better to use crores spent on Durga Puja on welfare of poor people...

Raju Kumar from Chatra in Jharkhand is telling us about the Durga Puja celebration in his district. He says lakhs have been spend in each pandal and this way crores have been spent on this festival in this district. This looks all well but if you look at the poor people around then it looks all waste. It would have been better if these croses have been spent on welfare of the poor people rather than putting up lights and flags for festivities. For more Raju Ji can be reached at 09430313721

Farmers not able to sell their crops in cities due to increased bus fares...

My name is Raju Kumar. I am calling from Chatra district of Jharkhand. After Govt has raised the diesel prices the transportation cost has gone up many folds and it is becoming difficult for farmers to use buses any more. They are forced to sell their crop locally at lower rates which is only helping the middlemen. It looks instead of removing poverty Govt is working towards removing the poor.
