Pappu Jatav is calling from Derenta Abbal village and panchayat in Karera tehsil of Shivpuri district in Madhya Pradesh and says a Govt work for digging pond was sanctioned in the village which could have given 3 months work to laborers but local officials got the work done by machine in 15 days.
