Nathulal Rathore is visiting Agwari village in Amgawan Panchayat in Jaitahari block of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh and meets Lekhram Rathore who tells him on 1st August 2016 last month a new building was handed over to Higher secondary school in their village by Govt building work department.
