These people have not got ration card from 20 years. Old have not got pension from similar times. Some people have got papers for land deeds but the land has not been distributed. Today our Land Rights Cycle Yatra in Jaba block of Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh has reached Baraula village where I met Devkali Rawat a 70 year old lady who has not got her pension from last 2 years. Here no old is getting pension. Devkali Ji is not able to work and she used to beg. Now villagers also have stopped supporting her. Here anganvadi center gives food once a month.
