Manendra Kol, a Kol adivasi from Mohapathar village in Bada Chhukaria panchayat in Kathikund block of Dukma district in Jharkhand is telling in his Kol language that youth from his village need to go to big cities in search of work to do dangerous works like making high rise buildings.
