Mewalal Tekam is calling from Naya Tola mohalla of Nevsa village and panchayat in Bichhiya tehsil of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh where 25 Adivasi families live but they have no hand pump. They fetch water from 600 meters away. The hand pump there also is in bad condition. Villagers have proposed in panchayat many times but there is no response.
