Kailash Padoliya Mali is calling from Badya Goyal village Tehsil Jawra district Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh to give a suggestion on improving the situation. He says the level of education in rural areas is decreasing day by day. Teachers rarely come and disappear for long hours often. He suggests Govt should make arrangements for equipment like CCTV camera and internet so people from anywhere can help checking absenteeism.
