राकेश कुमार केसरवानी, ग्राम-फुल्जोर, तहसील-त्योंथर, जिला-रीवा, मध्यप्रदेश से सीजीनेट की सरला श्रीवास को बता रहे है कि ग्रामीण बैंक के द्वारा खाता खोलने के पैसे लिए जाते थे बैंक अपनी मनमानी कर रहा था, पहले खाता खोलने के 100 रू, पासबुक के लिए 20 रू और पैसे आने पर हज़ार रू में 10 रू काट लिया जाता था और सभी लोग परेशान थे | इसकी शिकायत कई बार शाखा प्रबंधक से भी किया गया लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही थी तो फिर दो महीने पहले सीजीनेट स्वर सन्देश को रिकॉर्ड करवाये थे अब अधिकारियों ने समस्या को हल कर दिया इसलिए सीजीनेट के सभी साथियों और बैंक के अधिकारियों को सभी ग्रामवासियों की ओर से धन्यवाद दे रहे है |
