Kamal Singh Markam is calling from Newsa village in Motinala thana in Mawai block, Tahsil Bichhia in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh and says in their ward no 2 around 150 people live and they don’t have any hand pump. They walk 4 kms to reach nearest hand pump which is bad situation. When that one is broken they need to walk another 4 kms. They have been requesting officers from long but no one listens.
