Jen Sereng from Chhichhra Nawadi village in Lohardaga district of Jharkhand is telling us that in Kharki and Pakhar, two panchayats in his area NREGA cards have not been renewed since March 2010. They had been running pillar to post but no one is helping them. He says this is a conspiracy not to give people 100 days of work as advised in the law.
