Jagnarayan Patwa is calling from Mahuli village in thana Trikunda tehsil Wadrafnagar district Balrampur in Chhattisgarh and says few people have encroached a village road and are causing huge problem to other villagers. This was complained to officers few years ago but there is no action after orders to remove the encroachment from officers.
