Jagnnath Yadav is calling from Pahadkarva village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to say that Govt officers have stopped distribution of subsidized grain in their village unless they repair their toilets. The toilets were built under Nirmal Gram Scheme in 2007-08 which are now damaged. There is a drought in the region and people have nothing to eat. How will they build toilet, he asks.
