And the officials are harassing the handicapped people. They are getting their pension very late. They are also harassed while being given facilities announced by state government. Hariram Korram from Chhattisgarh Viklang Manch ( Handicaped association) is saying that handicapped people are facing various kinds of problem because of insensitivity of state govt officials. Panchayats do not have provisions to help handicapped people and the central law of 1995 is not known to handicapped people in remote areas and the state govt does not implement these laws.
