He says gvt of India passed laws for handicapped people in 1995 and it was also published in Govt regulations in 1996 but those rights are not given to the handicapped people. He says I had raised the issue of land deeds in my village with the CM in 2005 and he had promised to solve it within 15 days. When I again raised it with the officials before the yatra they said CM will solve it during the yatra. But nothing happened. I request the CM to at least fulfil 25% of the promises he makes.
