Dharmanath Bhagat is talking to Bazle Ahmad from Litipada block in Pakud district of Jharkhand who tells him that in his block in hills there are many schools but whenever he goes there finds them closed. School building is normally used for keeping pet animals like cow and goats. The villagers tell him that teachers come only on national days for flag hoisting. Dharmanath Bhagat from Amdapada in Pakud district in Jharkhand is telling about Coal mining company called Panam which started operation in 2004 which had promised many things to local for taking their land but after 10 years those promised have proven to be hollow.
