Dhasrath Mahto is calling from Belatand village of Dumri block in Giridih district, Jharkhand and says electric cables here were broken and the Adivasi village is left in darkness from 3 days. Incident happened 3 days ago, but none have visited till now. Villagers have informed officials but none have responded.
