Oraon Adivasis practicing dance for Karam festival, Police stopping them...

Deme Oraon from Sundergarh dist, Odisha is telling that today they are practicing their cultural dance during Karam festival in a common place which is their cow grazing field but lots of policemen have arrived saying this land has been bought by non tribals. SOS: 18 elephants have surrounded our villages, Forest dept not helping...

Dame Oraon from Sundargarh district in Odisha is calling for help as 10 elephants have entered their area and destroying crops and houses. He says 8 elephants have entered the nearby villages from last 3 days and forest department is doing nothing. He says these are villages near Rourkela town still forest dept is completely inactive.
