Dinesh Sahni is calling from Balhapura village Lataut panchayat of Gayghat block, Muzaffarpur district in Bihar and says 546 students are studying in the village High School till class 10 but have only 5 teachers. Lack of teachers is effecting students education and they also don’t have furniture, drinking water and clean toilets in the School. Villagers have reported to the DM but didn’t get response.
