He says according to Forest Rights Act of 2006 Govt can not remove adivasis by force from the national parks but they are using inducement of Rs 1 lakh to families who are leaving the park. Darbu Singh Uike former MLA from Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh is alleging that Kanha National Park authorities are flouting rehabilitation laws to evict villagers from 18 villages. The villagers are offered Rs 1.5 lakhs if they leave their houses first as a prize money.
