Charan Parte is calling from Mohgaon village under Sarasdoli Panchayat of Mawai block, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Lakhan who says 55 villagers didn’t have BPL cards in the village and they reported it on Swara on November 15. Following this officers visited the village and 45 villagers are notified to get BPL cards. The 3 km distance to the main road is full of potholes and rocks, where it is difficult for even cycles to pass through. The amount due is more than Rs 2,50,000.
