My name is Champa Gop. I am calling from village Dongra, Post Bhalupani, block Bandhugaon, thana Karaikela in West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand to say that we are not getting subsidised grain in Public Distribution system from last 7-8 months. We are poor people and are buying grain from open market. Dealer says our names have been removed from the list and asking for bribe. Some have paid Rs 2-300 but names are yet to be included.
