Chandeshwar Kushwah from Debiganj village in Thana Ramanujganj district Balrampur Chhattisgarh is alleging that NREGA work in his village is getting done using machine during night. Villagers are not getting work and money is getting withdrawn by making false musterrole. When some tried to file RTI they were beaten up.
