Bhanu Patel is calling from Dharampur village in Dharmajaigarh block of Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh to say that some time back she had reported on Swara that Pando primitive tribals from this village were running pillar to post to get their due Tendu leaf collection wages. Flood last year destroyed waterbodies, Please help Pando primitive tribals...

Adivasis worked for tendu collection in 2012, still waiting for wages, Pls help...

Bhanu Patel in Dhamjaigarh block of Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh is talking to some adivasis from Dulanagar village of Ganpatpur panchayat. They tell her that 17 of them worked for tendu leaf collection in 2012. They have also got check of Rs 73,970 but the bank says there is no money in the bank. Primitive tribals worked in Tendu collection year back, still waiting for wages...

She says 30 Primitive Pando tribals worked last year in Tendu leaf collection and sold them to Govt. It is more than Rs 1 lakh rupees which is due to them but Govt and Bank officials are making them round from pillar to post. Govt not serious in implementing law against domestic violence on women

Bhanu Patel is talking to Hemlata Sahu of Chhattisgarh Mahila Adhikar Manch in Bilaspur where they are discussing the law against Domestic Violence which was passed in 2005. She alleges that though the law was passed but Govt is not serious about implementing on ground.
