Dayamani Barla from Ranchi in Jharkhand is sharing about a unique protest by adivasi women of Nagri village. The people are protesting a Govt move to acquire land to build Indian Institute of Managament there. As per adivasi tradition when a village is attacked by disease the women throw away trash from the village to another area. This symbolises the disease moving away from the village to the other area.
