Arti Valmiki is visiting ward no 18 Sahu Colony of 18-1900 people in Batiagarh in Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh where people are forced to buy water from far as they do not have any govt source of water.They say last year a tube well was supposed to be dug but at last moment it got shifted to a temple.
