Anil Kumar Verma is calling from Sunauri village, Teothar tehsil of Rewa district, Madhya Pradesh where village woman Pooja tells him that when they go to other parts of the village where people from other caste live they don’t allow them to take water. A bore-well was dug at their part of village a year ago but they are yet to put a hand pump on it. Even after repeated complaints to the Sarpanch no action is taken.
